I can honestly say that Jake's review of the new RED Hydrogen One is one of my all time Verge favs. He tries so diligently to deliver a balanced review of this phone and fails hilariously because there's just no getting away from the fact that this phone is an unmitigated disaster. The 4v (?) screen is terrible and looks like some dodgy 3D effect from the 1970s; the camera is 'meh'; and the rest of the phone is a one year old Android phone housed in a ludicrously heavy and over designed body. And it costs $1300!
