Thrilled and honored to share how leaders and the c-suite can bridge the potential gap for students and professionals from historically marginalized communities at the annual Forbes CMO Summit! Immigrating from Vietnam to the U.S. at the age of six, I learned firsthand the hardship that first-generation and low-income communities face to belong and thrive. We’ve all been uplifted and helped at some point in our careers. It’s important we pay it forward and help others fulfill their fullest potential through mentorship.
