Just joined Clubhouse (I’m @glennleibowitz please follow!) and joined a conversation about China’s exponential growth with my friend and former McKinsey colleague Peggy Liu (make sure you follow her @shanghaipeggy). Was curious what the hype was all about and I have to say it’s a great way to bring folks together in real-time. As a longtime podcast fan, producer, and host, I can see this new platform as a way to broaden the conversation to allow more voices and, for the first time, interactivity. Where podcasts are one-way from speaker/host to listener, Clubhouse is multidirectional and inclusive.
