As COVID-19 cases surge again, uncertainties become paramount, and pressure continues to build, we all feel tremendous amount of mental, physical & emotional burden. One could argue that mental health is perhaps the biggest health crisis of our generation & not per se #coronavirus . Either way, at this point it's critical we all take steps in our daily routines to help ourselves stay sane and centered! What do you do to help relief some of your stress? Below I shared a few things I do to stay sane during this unprecedented times: ✅ 30-60 minute daily walk in the nature. ✅ keep shifting my mindset from the negatives to the positives and reminding myself to count the blessings despite all the challenges. ✅ 30 minutes of fun activities with my family in the evenings (e.g. scooter ride, art works) ✅ stay connected to my friends, colleagues, and network. showing kindness and care for others makes you fill good. ✅ try my best to do 3-5 minutes of deep breathing a few times a week. I've started teaching breathing to my kids and use Calm kids content, which has been fun!
