We've long had "retweets are not endorsements" & I wish we could find a way to express the viewpoint... "Sharing this single article from a single publication does not mean I, in any way, 1) Agree with the Publications general stance on anything, let alone everything. 2) I support the Writers views on anything else or the writer as a person 3) It does not mean I agree with everything in the article 4) I'm just sharing because it's a useful addition to our understanding, it contains information worth knowing or perhaps presents a viewpoint worth seeing and using mental dexterity to try to understand.
