I think a lot about how big companies can change. How they can find a way to leverage the things that are great about being big, having history/knowledge and combine with the advantages of being small. There are basically no examples of companies doing this well except HSBC / First Direct, Telefonica & Giff Gaff, & Microsoft and Xbox. We should learn more about how these were done.
