I find writing very therapeutic. I had a lot going on recently. I got a chance to write my next blog post (which I will publish soon) in the train today by just concentrating on that versus wandering around my texts, social media, news, and emails. Now I feel a lot better this morning just because I did something that typically puts me in my zone (and remove unnecessary distractions from my head). Writing is like meditation for me. Is there any techniques you use to get yourself into the zone, calm down and be the best of yourself? Please share your thoughts below in the comments for others to benefit and learn different techniques.
