I got to live a well defined and clearly articulated culture at Netflix first-hand. So, whether I'm interviewing or consulting, I encourage companies to actively think about defining their company culture. Not just values but a framework for everyone at the company to know how to operate successfully. And with the advent of remote work, that's even more critical.
