When I’ve been asked over the last year or so where Netflix needs to head, my answer hasn’t changed - localized content. So, while The Hollywood Reporter may find this “shocking,” anyone paying attention to trends (and those who don’t understand the company culture) don’t. That said, Cindy Holland was beyond pivotal in transforming Netflix from content aggregator to content creator to international entertainment powerhouse.
