I can honestly say that when this picture was taken on Netflix 's IPO day, I didn't think it would be seen again, let alone attached to an article about Marc Randolph 's excellent new book "That Will Never Work" about the founding and very early days of Netflix (you should buy it, btw). And btw, he's 100% right. The entire time I was there our mentality was that of a startup.
