Interesting story detailing a common narrative black female leaders - and likely female leaders period - experience. Though when you're black the whammy is often double. It shows that you have to push and in some cases fight for what's right, for what you deserve. And when that doesn't bear fruit, sometimes you've got to take the fight external.
