A new survey found female supervisors experience 30-100% more harassment. Low-level leaders have it worse, but women in top roles aren't exempt. Sexual harassment often stems from lust, an effort to equalize status, or from jealousy. So, basically, when the pressure is already high, and you have more to lose, you have more unrelated work pressure/nonsense to deal with. Greeaatt. I haven't experienced this personally.
