I struggled when I first started working from home. Then I figured out what these professionals did: I need to be out of the house, and absorb a little background noise while working from the patrons at my local library and/or Starbucks. I think I'm more motivated that way because after many years of working in a traditional office, I'm conditioned to think that when I'm home, it's time to chill.
