Once again Liz Ryan hits on a key idea that holds so many of us back from creating careers that we truly enjoy - fear. I totally agree that "your career is a business just as surely as any multinational corporation is. It is your ship to steer -- but only if you know how much power you possess!" Ryan said the first step in finding work that will make use of your talents, personality and passion - and offer you more than a paycheck - is to give yourself permission to dream again.  I'd take that a step further and suggest that you dream big. With planning, hardworking and skillful/thoughtful use of the abundant resources that are available to coach and teach us how to create more fulfilling businesses and careers - baring unforeseen life-related circumstances - the only real thing keeping us stuck is personal choice.
