I enjoyed a tour of tech incubator 1871 this morning. It's a sprawling, collaborative space buzzing with new ideas. VP of Programming George Vukotich shared some interesting stats and stories. For instance, we discussed why mentoring is critical to succeed or fail faster in the startup environment. Failing faster is actually a good thing.
