I voted this morning in the name of #communityorganizer , #votingrights activist and #Mississippi #CivilRights Legend #FannieLouHamer , because I am sick and tired of watching my country descend deeper into the morass of viciousness, tribalism and selfishness that Ms. Hamer fought so hard to pull her people out of. I’m sick and tired of complicity and cruelty and callous disregard. I’m just plain old sick and tired of being sick and tired of aching for my country’s future.
