After two years supporting several of The Aspen Institute 's fellowship programs, I'm convinced women can save the world. I've even got the receipts to prove it. The slideshow below features all of the amazing women I've been privileged to meet and/or work with over the past two years, through my work with National Geographic and Aspen's Healthy Communities and New Voices Fellowship programs. All of these women are visionary community organizers, communicators, doctors, lawyers, nurses, midwives, academics, photojournalists and policy experts et al. As I've interacted with some, supported others, and applauded them all, they have inspired me and challenged me to work a bit harder, to dream a bigger and believe that positive change is possible.
