Marissa explored the impact of #COVID19 quarantines and public gatherings bans on the food vendors in San Cristobal de las Casas. They prepare delicious regional foods to sell during the run-up to the Christian Holy Week and at festivals before and after. Food vendors who spent months planning to earn substantial revenue are now scrambling to recover.
