Just watched the "A Living Wage Buys Health" panel from the #AspenIdeasHealth Festival last Saturday. Even though I served as moderator for the panel, it's hard to fully absorb all the great information being shared when you're in that role. I've learned a lot about the issue of "financial precarity" from this panel. Extreme stress and anxiety about paying the bills is no longer limited to the working poor. Poverty is being "democratized" as it gets harder for the middle class to make ends meet.
