American Ingenuity: Get Healthcare in Mexico So, American doctors, American healthcare organizations, American insurance companies and American employers are figuring out how to provide excellent healthcare—-Do it in Mexico!... Yup—if American healthcare has become to expensive (or greedy) then the market will self-correct to maximize efficiency ...this is capitalism at its purest. But in this case we end up undercutting our own selves... Sure, we can have our own employers allow us to hire our own American doctors to perform surgery in American certified hospitals located in other countries because it will be less expensive, but doesn’t that just seem like a big work-around to a broken system? Not to be too simplistic, but why not just lower the costs and fees on everything here, in our own country, so we can stay here to get our care??
