During my first 24 hours in #Somaliland, I have witnessed the end of a Caesarean section and cooed at numerous newborns, including one who was born with most of his internal organs on the outside of his body. He celebrated his birth day by having major surgery, and he’s doing fine now. What will 6 days in Somaliland reveal?
