The English Royals and Our American Royal Oprah Tackle Mental Health.(Yah.) ‘Raising awareness—‘ or ‘lowering stigma—‘is still needed when it comes to talking about and getting help for mental illness issues. Perhaps hearing about Prince Harry’s and Oprah’slong-standing struggles will help Americans open up about their own concerns. Who among us have not had hardships, anxiety or experienced deep sadness? And some of us even experience, or know of family members who experience, delusions, paranoia and hearing voices.
