Too much salt in your diet? Eating Too few fruits and veggies? You are not alone! Turns out a lot of us across the world don’t eat enough whole grains, beans, nuts and produce and this can harm our health. Do you have or are you worried about high blood pressure? Diabetes? Cancer? Well the good news is that just three changes to your diet can help improve your odds of staying healthy: cutting red meat and sugar consumption in half and upping intake of fruits, vegetables and nuts. We should all support our local farmers to bring these items to market and press our local politics to make these food items affordable.
