Under this President and his AG, they are asking for a complete reversal of ALL provisions which currently protect Americans and which help doctors and hospitals stay in business (by helping with insurance for those that can’t afford their own.) And if you don’t care about having reasonably priced insurance and coverage for your medical problems then maybe this affects you: The law also includes dozens of provisions that are less well known and not related to the individual mandate. It requires nutrition labeling and calorie counts on menu items at chain restaurants. It requires certain employers to provide “reasonable break time” and a private space for nursing mothers to pump breast milk. It improved prescription drug coverage for Medicare beneficiaries.
