Olivier Mukuta , a social innovator who grew up in a refugee camp, is working to create #blockchain technology solutions to help empower women in humanitarian crisis situations. He's a member of the team who invented the VipiCash app, designed to provide secure access to cash for women in developing nations, where many are in charge of making decisions about education, food and security for their families during emergencies.
