Here's one more entry on my Journalism and Women Symposium (JAWS) Fall 2018 Fellows wish list:  Bana Alabed, the breath-takingly courageous little Syrian girl whose pleas for peace are capturing the world's attention. While I watched the Public Broadcasting Service Newshour story about this 8-year old's multimedia journalism work, I realized you can't be too young or too old to channel strength, courage and wisdom.  You just have to be too tired of suffering, too tired of senseless killing, too tired of injustice. Let's all send prayers of protection and strength to this bold, beautiful child as she uses social media to bear witness to the horrors of war. …see more
