My Take On JP Morgan/Chase/Amazon ‘HealthCo’ is: 1. Our Current-state HealthCare is so entrenched in a broken paradigm that people (other companies actually) “want in” on anything different and promising. 2. That there is such little faith and trust in our current system and it’s leadership, that people (again, companies) are willing to ‘jump ship...’ especially when the leadership of HealthCo has a strong performance track record. 3. That everyone from doctors and nurses and patients and administrators are, well, sick and tired of trying to improve healthcare only to be blocked by the “fee-for-service-at every-juncture “ model.
