Humanizing Healthcare. You probably think it exists already, but you’d be incorrect. Healthcare providers and the systems of care delivery were not established for the patient but rather were organized around the priorities of the doctors and nurses. Each one of us knows what it’s like to be caught-up in the “spin cycle “ of our current healthcare system and we know that it can be impersonal, ineffectual and downright maddening.
