The issue is about privatization of the VA. And two things are known when comparing private to government/public health systems: 1) both have equal quality and 2) access to Care varied radically because of the different business models: For-profits are most likely to offer relatively profitable medical services; government hospitals are most likely to offer relatively unprofitable services; nonprofits often fall in the middle.
