Do we care? Do we care that health insurance coverage is dropping ? Anyone on LinkedIn going without insurance? My guess is most people reading this have coverage and don't worry about falling off their bike, or a nail through the foot, or a fever in your child at night, or routine medical checkups, or cholesterol levels, or pneumonia or.... BECAUSE you've got insurance . But for those who go "bare," every one of those things I mentioned are fears you harbor or desires you can't fulfill --regular medical exam--get ready to pay $300-1,000.00 bucks. Sick child? Don't even think about it because you'll need to sell your house if they need hospitalization. Those of us with coverage should care for no other reason that WE pay the bills for all those who go without ... not to mention it's a decent and civil thing to provide our fellow Americans.
