I've been kinda Grumpy lately. I've got a lot going on. A lot to be excited about and a lot to get Done. I have tax season approaching and all the January taxpayer anxiety that my team catches and makes our space more stressful than normal. Everyone always freaks out in January! #taxseasonritual As a leader I have to remember my tone. I have to pay attention to conversations and really listen and celebrate a win if that is what the person is expecting vs just listing every laundry list item that needs to improve.
