Within the first three days of working there, I was scolded for moving a chair that had not been moved in 30 years, not using the right paperclips for a project, and, to make matters even worse, apparently I don’t know how to put away a pizza properly after a company meeting! A company that gets so bent out of shape over small matters fails to look at the overall big picture! And, worthy of mention, is that I took it upon myself to put the pizza away since everyone else left it sitting on the table! LOL Hearing your perspective on businesses and innovation in you Radical! series, I decided my new “great” job was not the right match for me. Some companies have a difficult time mentally shifting into the 21st-century and it will eventually be the reason for their demise.
