Some take-aways and questions - Each panel discussion had entrepreneurs, VC funds and government officials, the latter seeming quite keen to listen to the industry and considering regulatory sandboxes. Do they act quickly enough or communicate why they can’t? The VC industry, while doing well in fund-raising and exits, is sitting on $7bn of dry powder. I wonder why they aren’t finding more startups to invest in? Exciting to hear of developments in fintech, edtech, healthtech etc all using data. What opportunities are there to standardise data?
