Let’s see what a patient from the future like me talks about with his primary care physician. I’ve just had my annual check-up with my GP, Reka Vernes MD, DipIBLM . Each year, I bring some of my health data to her so that we can discuss the preventive plan we have for the next year. Here’s a summary: - I do high-intensity training for 25 minutes a day on average, which is 2 minutes more than last year. I exercise at least 15 times a month, sometimes 18. - I’ve lost weight and now weigh 78-9 kg, which means a 24.1 BMI. The goal is 77-78 kg with a 23.5 BMI. - My resting pulse is 60-65, and 54 on average while sleeping. - I did an alcohol-free month, and I’m planning to do 3 more like this in 2021, as I was really pleased with the results. - Because of having a higher risk for melanoma, I will regularly attend a check-up with my dermatologist and use @SkinVision. - I’ve got a high cholesterol but can’t take medication because of being sensitive to it (based on my genome sequence test), so I have to adjust my diet. For that, I also need a new microbiome test. I’m so blessed to have her in my life and being able to consult with her based on my digital health data.
