I got the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter 20 years ago. When I started the 3-year course in 1997, it was known as amongst the hardest exams to crack. I wanted to prove a point. Every year, I renewed the membership to keep the right to use the suffix after my name, as I said in this video. But today, I feel I no longer need to be defined by it. Today, my credibility doesn’t rely on a qualification. Today, I become a learner again.
