I've been listening to the Masters of Scale podcast for a while, fascinated by how some entrepreneurs scale so fast. Listening to them put me in even more awe. And then I read the book Blitzscaling. Now on the morning after, I feel I can. I know sometimes people put in a strategy in hindsight...as in they didn't really know what they were doing when they were doing it, but came up with a plan that fit later...but still, the book uses great examples, fleshes out good ideas, lays out the pitfalls.
