Each week until the winter holidays, I’m going to reflect on a prediction I made in @The Medical Futurist’s e-book “Top Trends in Digital Health in 2020”. Prediction #4: Betting on its acquisition of Fitbit, Google will launch a new “Made by Google” line of fitness trackers ❌ 2020 Reality: Fitbit has been on a downslide since the Google acquisition: they cannot find their identity anymore and other watches can do the same in battery time and new functions too (e.g. ECG).
