A younger and less experienced version of me talked about hard work, difficult obstacles, overcoming adversity in any forms, and so on. My professional (and personal) life drastically changed for the better when I started centering everything around these five words: "Zen", "Balance", "Patience", "Temperance", "Pragmatism".
