Valentine’s Day is right around the corner… And while we may not be dressing up and going out on fancy dates this year, there’s something to keep in mind this V-day 👇 In order to live with purpose and fulfill our commitments to the people who matter most, we have to live by our values. And in truth, the only way to do that is to hold time on our schedules FOR those values. If intimacy with your partner matters to do, carve out time on a regular basis for the person you love most. Set aside some time after work to watch a show on Netflix. Plan a walk every weekend. Go to the grocery store together. Whatever it may be, put it on the calendar -- because if it isn’t, we get distracted. Distractions can take a toll on even our most intimate relationships. The cost of constantly hopping from task to task and not planning our days can result in us not being fully present with the person physically next to us.
