It's incredibly easy to fixate on bad news and get sucked into a negative state, but how often do we stop and appreciate the world we live in? Think about this for just a moment 👇 We live in a time where we're able to complete work, social distance, and maintain close relationships all from the comfort of our homes. Some studies have indicated that on average, we spend 5.5 hours a day just on leisure. Not to mention, we also have more choices and ways to entertain ourselves than ever. But with all of this time, connectivity, and choice, it's also become more important to outline our values. I define values as attributes of the people we want to become -- and it's important to understand our values because only by knowing what they are do we know how to allocate our time.
