On a recent AMA, I was asked, “How do you stay Indistractable with a toddler around?” There are many techniques that you can use to prevent distraction from kids. We think about distraction as something that comes from technologies and anyone who's a parent knows that kids can be really distracting, right? You want to do one thing at a time and yet you find that your kid needs you. To some degree, that's part of being a parent. That also shouldn't necessarily be an excuse. There are lots of things that we can do to prevent distraction… and it's not rocket science. It comes down to planning ahead.
