Sometimes communication slips - even with small, usually well-organized teams. We have 3 editors and a designer working hours a day to provide the most relevant, useful content to you. We try to synchronize our messages with current topics, the illustrations, and our narrative at the same time. And we usually thrive. Not this time, though. The lockdown hit our working process too, and we had to realize that we still have room for improvement in effective communication. Here, the only part of the basic idea that came through from the original concept was "... like a greeting card from a birthday cake". But the beginning of the sentence was: "The chip comes out of the pill...". We were discussing the concept of our article about digital pills.
