"I have a data set on the 154 responses from about 600 consults. Video works best: about 95% of patients say the video consult was worthwhile or very worthwhile. The biggest surprise was the extremely high level of satisfaction. I asked if patients would have valued the remote experience the same outside of lockdown. 60% said that this would have worked at any time. That has spurred us on to offer video permanently."
