They were most eager to hear about how should they persuade their CEO about the importance of digital transformation. My brief answer: In no way. Then I elaborated on why it is useless to persuade anyone about the importance of digital transformation who won't even understand this term. Unless s/he is a geek. (And if they are, they will consider it an empty term.) Instead, managers have to explain what it will give us - e.g. if you can download an app for your medicine, or if you can measure your health data wherever you are. This urged me to share the five words that I deliberately erased from my vocabulary long ago, and I recommend you to erase them too. Because you express nothing with them (at best), or only that you don't have a clear picture about it at all (at worst).
