I just gave a talk to an innovator group within a pharma company about how such a company could prepare for the era of personalized medicine. They were especially interested in how the supply chain should change and what skills or mindset people working on it should have. I described how digital health and personalized medicine go hand in hand and what methods I use to forecast the near future of healthcare. Giving virtual keynotes seems to be the new norm and I definitely learn new tricks: * People sitting in their homes are much more comfortable asking challenging questions and appreciate being challenged more than in person * Talking into a camera is just so inhuman - as many people tend to turn off their cameras while listening to a talk (understandably), you basically talk to a camera with passion * As my team controls every technical detail, the opportunities for sharing spectacular content and a range of content types are just endless More to come as all my keynotes are shifting to the virtual space.
