In the span of a few days mid-March, around 30 of my upcoming keynotes were cancelled. Since then, it has been a logistical nightmare, but finally, our new studio is up and me and my crew have done around 5 keynotes in the past week or so. To be honest, I never thought that virtual keynotes could replace the ones in person and that it's possible to give spectacular keynotes with an engaging Q&A like that, but it turns out I was wrong. What has changed is how people around the world look at this digital solution and are more open to it. Also, I'm not sure if going back to business as usual is the way forward. As the technical background and what we can stream only depend on the creativity of my team, I can make sure to present even better than in person. And being close to my family is an obvious added benefit.
