It’s a fascinating insight into the habits we are encouraged to pick up as a result of social media. I must admit, at first I thought this would just be a one-sided attack on big tech but I have to say, whilst I’m only half way through it, it is actually a really interesting look into how these habits have been formed over time, despite the better intention of some of tech’s founders.
