A clear case of product-market mismatch. Everyone may need it, and no one is going to pay for it! Seriously though, don't build a product without a monetization model. The only exception is when you build a product for fun, don't spend a lot of money, and it goes viral. When the cost of customer acquisition is so cheap and millions of people get addicted to the product, there will be alternate monetizations.
