The current generation — enrolled in schools from 2001 forward — have experienced and witnessed extraordinary trauma. That is why we must consider naming this generation GenT or GenerationT, with the T standing for trauma. But, best not to say Generation Trauma as that will frighten many folks and invoke resistance.
