One of the worst moves of the last 25 years was getting rid of the Office of Technology Assessment (OTA). Hopefully, the recent embarrassments out of Congress during Google/Facebook hearings will help bring it back. The OTA and a new Sec. of Technology will be in my first budget as President. …see more
